Ok, so I decided to take a few shots since he's not sleeping... or eating. I can see the teeth coming in next to his existing top two teeth. Currently he has 2 on top and 2 on bottom. This is the first time I've ever let him play in a diaper without pants or shorts... odd huh? The camera battery died after a few minutes. So, here are the fruits of my 3 minutes of labor. That's too bad that the camera died. I was planning to take a picture of my puffed up eye from Becky's cat. I'm not a cat girl.
Morgan (I guess) is teething. I'm going to deduct that from the fact that I'm operating on about 2 hours of sleep from last night. Now, it's nap time at 10:30am and he won't sleep. Here's a video of him. He keeps repeating Aaat-ohhh!, Aaat-ohhh!, Ahht - Ooooh! Maybe he's saying ut-oh? We have a playgroup in an hour. So, this kiddo better go down! I can't believe that he isn't tired. He's living on no sleep and I hauled him to the grocery this morning and then over to Wendy's house to see her new baby.
Tina came yesterday and Morgan walked about 5 steps to her. Tina and I sat down on the ground about 5 feet apart from each other and Morgan walked independently back and forth to each of us. It was so cool! But, he's not walking on a regular basis. So, when do you count the first steps? It seems that some of the things with babies come on so gradually. I always thought that they just got up and walked one day. It's not like that. And, that concept spreads throughout all sorts of things. For example, he's not all the way on real people food. He still eats a lot of pureed foods. Sometimes I think that I hear him say a word. But, who knows? The words we think that we hear are dog (favorite), ball, balloon, mama, dada. He also does the touchdown symbol. We stole that from AJ. He loves to clap his hands and can high five you.
Tonight he is going over to Wyatt's house while Dan and celebrate Bethanie's big 3-0!!! woo hoo!
Next time...bird seed.

Our yard has some bare spots that have been bugging me. I picked up a bag
of grass seed, prepared the soil, spread the seed and watered it in.
