My Books!

I was having a great "mom day" the other day. It was one of those days where I got 2 free hours of childcare at the gym and ended up hot tubbing with my girlfriends instead of working out. Morgan took a nice long nap and then we went to Barnes & Noble. I love taking him there because it brings me back to my childhood. It's amazing that the children's bestsellers still remain at the top. We often go to the library. But, it's just so much easier to see all the selections I know at the bookstore.

I had a nice surprise on the way to the diaper deck in the bathroom. Two of my golf books (well, one is really Karla's... but I mean mine as in the company) were on the top shelf. I loved being a publisher at www.Panache.com. But, mommyhood is so much more fun!

Morgan on NBC Channel 5 News!

How exciting! Morgan was on the NBC Channel 5 news!

He looks great... I came off looking like an idiot valley girl. Before you watch this, please keep in mind that they only took 2 minutes and they were there for over an hour. Christi showed up to watch Morgan while they interviewed me and then Gaby dropped Natalie off so that I could watch Natalie for the afternoon. I begged Christi and Gaby to be in the video also. The clip mixed up Christi and Gaby's names. FYI, Christi wasn't wearing any makeup and had just gotten out of the shower. She looked awesome. I've always been jealous of her eyes! Gaby of course looks beautiful.

I now have THREE high chairs becasue I can't seem to decide on what I like the best. I guess no high chair will ever keep the mess off the floor. Oh well, it works out fabulous for Morgan's guests!

The kiddos went wild after Melissa Newton and the cameraman left. This is our front living room. I finally "uglied up" the table with the childproof edges.

Andy and Gaby may disown me when they see this video. Morgan and Nat Nat are now only allowed to play with the door open!
